WATER - TREATMENT PLANTS

In a world where freshwater is an increasingly valuable resource, we as a company have achieved Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), resulting in the recovery of all used water. We achieved this by treating our wastewater through our state-of-the-art water treatment plants like the Centralized Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Multieffect Evaporator (ME). We also harvest 100% of our rooftop rainwater to recharge the Groundwater.

At C.L. Gupta Exports Ltd, we believe that every individual deserves an opportunity to live their life to its fullest potential. Through the C.L. Gupta Charitable Foundation, in June 2019, Project SNEH was founded to build and empower a community of self-reliant women. The Project is committed to improving the lives of people and families in the local community by creating opportunities through healthcare, education, training, and employment. Project SNEH focuses on four fundamental values - Sustainability, Nurturing, Empowerment and Health.
SNEH

Sustainability

Project SNEH strongly believes in the idea that the growth of the community should not come at the price of our future generations. To support this goal, we work to help farmers in agricultural development and increase income generation through knowledge sharing and skill building.

Nurturing

With education, a woman gains hope and a crucial first step towards freedom. We work to support education, especially for women and children who are the key facilitators of development in their communities.

Empowerment

We work to empower women with tools that can strengthen their efforts to break out of structures of patriarchy, poverty and inequality. We do this via awareness programs on various topics like teaching basic job skills and enabling access to and enhancing employability.

The rising need for entrepreneurship and skilled artisans has allowed us to build a sustainable model to provide income generation sources for women from marginalized communities.

Health

Project SNEH believes that living a healthy life is our fundamental birth right. We conduct free health screening camps and awareness campaigns on family planning, menstrual hygiene, the use of toilets, yoga, and meditation. Our carefully crafted programs understand and serve communities.
